BenSwiss

Launched in 2014, BenSwiss is a 17.15-metre sailing yacht based at Gümbet Marina on the Bodrum Peninsula. With three cabins sleeping up to six guests, the yacht is chartered exclusively as a whole boat: the saloon, cockpit and deck remain reserved for a single private group for the entire trip.

What sets a sailing charter apart is the passage itself. Once the sails are set and the engine falls silent, the rhythm of the trip changes entirely: the gentle heel of the hull, the pull of canvas overhead and the steady sound of water along the hull define the hours at sea in a way no motor yacht can match. Being a 2014 build means well-kept systems and a tidy, comfortable interior, making BenSwiss a sound choice for experienced sailors and first-time charter guests alike. With capacity capped at six, the deck stays genuinely roomy whether at anchor in a quiet bay or underway offshore.

From Gümbet Marina, BenSwiss has easy access to the sheltered coves, rocky headlands and calm anchorages scattered across the Bodrum coastline. A day out can cover two or three bays with a return to the marina by sunset, or you can plan a longer blue cruise, choosing each night's anchorage around the wind and sea rather than a fixed schedule. The pace, the route and the daily decisions stay entirely with your group, which is exactly what separates a private sailing yacht charter from a set-itinerary tour.

For groups of up to six looking for a Bodrum yacht charter with genuine sailing character, BenSwiss pairs the reliability of a well-maintained 2014 build with the particular pleasure of travelling under sail, a strong option for anyone weighing a gulet charter or blue cruise from Bodrum.
