GOBUN

GOBUN is a 14.04-metre sailing yacht built in 2019, arranged with four private cabins for up to eight guests. Based at Lykia Yacht Club, the yacht is offered exclusively as a whole-boat charter, meaning one private group has sole use of every cabin, the saloon, the deck and all shared spaces for the full duration of the trip.

Its 2019 build year gives GOBUN a practical edge. The hull has seen relatively few seasons, the equipment on board is current and the interiors reflect contemporary standards, all of which add up to a more comfortable and dependable sailing platform than older boats of similar size.

From its home berth at Lykia Yacht Club, GOBUN is well positioned for exploring the Lycian coast. A multi-night blue cruise for a group of eight can take in the sheltered anchorages around Göcek, the clear waters near Ölüdeniz and the quieter bays that link them, with mornings spent in a new cove and afternoons given over to swimming off the boat. Groups who prefer a shorter schedule can plan day sails to nearby bays and return to the marina each evening.

The real difference between a sailing yacht and a motorised one becomes obvious once the engine is switched off and the sails take over. The quiet that settles over GOBUN's deck under sail is not a minor detail; it defines the experience. Anchored in a sheltered cove with nothing but the sound of water against the hull, the setting is one a motor yacht cannot replicate.

For a private group of up to eight looking for a sailing yacht charter on the Lycian coast, GOBUN combines a 2019 build, four private cabins and a convenient base at Lykia Yacht Club. Contact us for availability and a tailored quote.
