Mehmet Ayaz

Built in 2008, Mehmet Ayaz is a 24 metre traditional wooden gulet based at Fethiye port. With five private cabins and five berths, the yacht is chartered exclusively as a whole vessel, meaning the deck, saloon and dining table remain reserved for a single group throughout the trip. For travelers researching Fethiye yacht charter options, this makes for a private and intimate setup rather than a shared one.

The layout reflects classic gulet design, with a spacious foredeck suited to lounging, swimming stops and unhurried mornings on anchor. As the day winds down, the aft deck typically becomes the setting for open-air dinners, with the calm waters around Fethiye providing a fitting backdrop for a slower pace of travel that many associate with a genuine blue cruise.

Sailing out of Fethiye, a charter aboard this gulet can be planned around the sheltered bays of Göcek, the turquoise lagoon at Ölüdeniz, or quieter anchorages such as Butterfly Valley. Groups looking for a longer itinerary can also plan multi-day routes that take in a wider stretch of the coastline, with the pace, stops and overall shape of the week adjusted to suit the group and the conditions at sea.

Mehmet Ayaz suits families and groups of friends looking for a relaxed, private week on the water rather than a shared or busy one. Since the entire yacht, all five cabins and every common space, is reserved for one party at a time, the journey stays entirely within your own circle from the first morning to the last.
