Santa Maria

Built in 2012, Santa Maria is a 14.27-metre sailing yacht based at Ece Marina, near Göcek and Fethiye. She has four private cabins for up to eight guests and is chartered exclusively as a whole boat: the cockpit, saloon, deck and stern platform belong entirely to one group, with no other guests to share with.

At just over 14 metres, Santa Maria handles nimbly, reaching shallow inlets and sheltered anchorages that larger gulets and motor yachts often bypass. Once the engine is off and the sails are up, the day's pace changes: there is no fixed schedule to follow, only the wind and the mood on board deciding where to head next.

Four cabins on a yacht of this size reflects a deliberate layout choice, giving guests real privacy while keeping everyone close to the water. From Ece Marina, you can plan a day sail into the sheltered waters of the Göcek Gulf, or choose a multi-day blue cruise at your own pace. The calm bays around Fethiye suit both short escapes and longer sailing routes.

The Fethiye yacht charter season runs busiest from June to September, and dates on Santa Maria tend to fill quickly in that window, so booking ahead is worth considering. For a group of up to eight looking for genuine sailing, quiet anchorages away from bigger boats, and the privacy of a full-boat charter, Santa Maria makes a practical and appealing choice.
