Suncity 3

Suncity 3 is a 2021-built sailing yacht based at Yacht Club Mai, measuring 12.35 metres with three cabins, six berths and room for seven guests. It is chartered exclusively as a whole boat, so the yacht is reserved for a single group from departure to return with no arrangements shared with other parties.

Being a 2021 build shows in practical ways: interior surfaces and fittings still look fresh rather than worn from seasons of use, deck hardware meets current safety and performance expectations, and the onboard electronics are set up for modern sailing rather than adapted from older systems. At 12.35 metres the hull offers enough interior volume to stay comfortable over several nights at sea, not only for a short afternoon sail. Once there is real wind, Suncity 3 sails properly, which is what separates it from most motor-driven charter boats.

Departing from Yacht Club Mai, the pace of the day is entirely up to the group aboard. You can choose an early start to reach a quiet anchorage before it fills up, or plan a later departure and let the afternoon breeze set the rhythm. Longer programmes of four to five nights work well too, since three cabins, a full saloon and open deck space give seven guests genuine room to settle in over multiple days. Dinner at anchor with calm water and a fading sky is the kind of moment a well-kept sailing yacht charter tends to deliver naturally.

Suncity 3 suits families sailing together, groups of friends after something more involved than a single-day outing, and anyone who wants an actual sailing experience rather than a scenic motor cruise.
