Bavaria Cruiser 34

Launched in 2019, the Bavaria Cruiser 34 is a 9.99-metre sailing yacht based at Marinturk Village Port in Bodrum. With two cabins sleeping up to six guests, she is sized for small groups and families who want a manageable, well-proportioned boat rather than a large fleet vessel. She is offered exclusively as a whole-boat charter, so the entire yacht is reserved for one group for the duration of the trip.

Her compact length works in her favour along the Bodrum coastline. Shallower anchorages and quieter coves that larger sailing yachts can't approach are within easy reach, which makes for a more relaxed pace once the group is off the beaten track. Departing from Marinturk Village Port, guests can plan a day cruise around the bays of the Bodrum peninsula or choose a longer blue cruise itinerary toward the Gulf of Gökova for a couple of nights at anchor.

As a 2019 build, the boat carries the navigation and safety equipment expected of a modern cruising sailboat and meets current regulations. Under sail she responds well to a range of wind conditions, which suits guests who enjoy taking the helm themselves, while those who'd rather leave the sailing to a skipper will still find the ride steady and comfortable.

With two private cabins, the layout works well for two couples or a small family travelling together, and the saloon and cockpit give everyone a shared space to relax between swims and anchorages. For anyone comparing Bodrum yacht charter options and looking at a gulet charter or a compact sailing yacht for a blue cruise, the Bavaria Cruiser 34 is worth a look for a private, small-group sail.
