Bavaria Cruiser 40

Built in 2012, the Bavaria Cruiser 40 is a 12.35-metre sailing yacht moored at Marinturk Village Port in Bodrum. With three cabins and six berths, she comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. She is available exclusively as a whole-boat charter for one private group, meaning the cockpit, foredeck, saloon and dining area belong entirely to your party for the duration of the trip.

What sets this yacht apart in practical terms is her steady, predictable handling across a range of wind conditions. The helm responds precisely in light air and holds its composure as the breeze builds, making her a sound choice for groups mixing seasoned sailors with those newer to the sport. Under sail, the wide cockpit functions as a focused helming station; once anchored in a sheltered bay, that same space naturally becomes the social hub on board. Below deck, the combined saloon and dining area seats all seven guests around one table, giving evenings at anchor a relaxed, convivial feel.

From Marinturk Village Port, the sheltered bays and hidden coves of the Bodrum peninsula are easily reached for a day on the water. Groups with more time to spare can plan a multi-day blue cruise into the Gulf of Gökova, where calm overnight anchorages, clear water and unhurried evenings in small coastal villages suit both the yacht's character and the pace of an authentic sailing holiday. The Bodrum yacht charter season generally runs from spring through autumn, and the Bavaria Cruiser 40 handles conditions comfortably at either end of that window.

For a group of up to seven seeking a Bodrum yacht charter that combines genuine sailing performance with real privacy, the Bavaria Cruiser 40 is a solid option, whether for a day trip among the bays or a proper blue cruise along the coast.
