DORiS

DORiS is a 14.6-metre sailing yacht built in 2022, based at Göcek Mucev Marina. With four cabins and berths for eight guests, she is chartered strictly as a whole boat, so the deck, the salon and every cabin stay reserved for a single group for the whole trip.

Being a 2022 build carries real practical weight. The rigging, deck hardware and onboard systems are current and properly maintained rather than worn down by years of service. On a multi-day Göcek yacht charter, that reliability translates into fewer technical surprises and a steadier standard of comfort, which matters most when the nearest port is hours away.

The waters around the Gulf of Fethiye and Skopea Limanı are known for narrow channels, scattered islets and deep, sheltered coves, a setting that suits a nimble sailing yacht of this size. You can plan an easy day sail among the Göcek islands, or choose a longer blue cruise route toward quieter anchorages that stay uncrowded even at the height of summer. How far you go and where you drop anchor is entirely up to your group.

Sailing under canvas rather than motoring changes the whole feel of a passage. Once the engine is off and the sails fill, the wind, the water and the motion of the hull become the point of the journey rather than a backdrop to it. Covering the same stretch of coast this way is a genuinely different experience from doing it under engine, and a modern hull like DORiS makes the most of it. Eight guests can anchor off islets with no road access, spend quiet evenings away from busier bays and set their own pace from one day to the next.
