Elan Impression 444

Built in 2012, the Elan Impression 444 is a 13.85-metre sailing yacht based at Marinturk Village Port on the Bodrum coast. Four private cabins sleep eight guests, while the boat can carry a group of up to ten for day trips. Every booking is a whole-boat charter: the cockpit, saloon, foredeck and all four cabins belong exclusively to your party for the duration of the trip, with no other guests aboard.

At 13.85 metres, the layout suits mixed groups with different levels of sailing interest. Those happy to relax can stretch out on the foredeck and watch the coast pass at an easy pace, while guests who want to be more hands-on can take the helm, trim the sail or feel how the boat responds off a headland. That range makes the yacht a workable choice for groups where not everyone shares the same idea of a perfect day at sea.

From Marinturk Village Port, the itinerary is left open to your preference. You can plan a day sail among the sheltered bays around Bodrum and return to the marina by evening, or you can choose a longer blue cruise that reaches into the Gökova Gulf, where anchorages tend to be calmer and stops longer. Small coastal towns and waterfront restaurants along the Bodrum Peninsula add variety to either kind of route.

Moving under sail gives a different feel from a motor yacht: the pull on the helm as the sail fills, the quieter progress through the water, and a coastline that unfolds slowly enough to actually take in. For a Bodrum yacht charter where the sailing itself is part of the appeal, not just the destination, the Elan Impression 444 offers a practical and comfortable option, whether for a single-day outing or a multi-night blue cruise.
