Lagoon 40

Built in 2021, the Lagoon 40 is an 11.74 metre catamaran based at Marinturk Village Port in Bodrum. With four cabins and space for 10 guests, it is offered exclusively as a whole-boat charter, meaning the deck, saloon and every shared space on board belong only to your group for the duration of the trip.

The twin-hull design gives the Lagoon 40 a deck footprint that a monohull of similar length cannot match. Bow and stern form separate usable zones, so all 10 guests can spread out at once without feeling cramped. Its shallow draft also opens up anchorages around Bodrum that deeper-keeled boats often have to skip, and the twin hulls keep pitch and roll noticeably calmer than a single-hull vessel, a real plus for guests who feel the motion of the sea.

Because it was built in 2021, all four cabins, the interior fittings and onboard systems meet current standards throughout. That difference is most noticeable on overnight or multi-day trips, where everyday comfort adds up over time. The cabin layout works equally well for families, groups of friends or couples travelling together, without needing any adjustment.

From Marinturk Village Port, you can plan a day cruise around the bays and hidden coves near Bodrum, anchoring where you like and heading back to the marina by evening. Groups with more time can instead arrange a multi-day blue cruise along the Aegean or Mediterranean coast, since the Lagoon 40 suits both short outings and longer itineraries equally well. For anyone comparing Bodrum yacht charter options and looking for more deck space and a steadier ride than a typical gulet charter, this catamaran is a sound choice.
