Northberry Blu

Northberry Blu is a 2023-built sailing yacht based at Marinturk Village Port in Bodrum, measuring 14.27 metres with four cabins and berths for eight guests. The yacht operates on a whole-boat charter basis only, so the cockpit, deck, salon and dining area stay in the hands of a single group for the entire voyage.

Being a 2023 build gives it a real edge in the Bodrum yacht charter scene. The rigging, sails and electronics are current, and the interiors haven't yet picked up the wear that accumulates over several charter seasons. That freshness is noticeable the moment you step aboard, and it carries through below decks for the whole trip.

What distinguishes Northberry Blu is its sailing-first approach to cruising. The engine is there when it's genuinely needed, but covering ground under sail whenever the wind allows is the default. Reading the wind, trimming properly and making real miles under canvas is a distinctly different experience from motoring between anchorages. Experienced sailors will find purposeful time behind the helm, while newcomers can pick up practical seamanship alongside the crew in a hands-on setting.

Sailing from Marinturk Village Port, you can plan relaxed day trips around the Bodrum bays and hidden coves, or arrange a longer blue cruise toward the Gulf of Gökova and along the Aegean and Mediterranean coastline. Routes are worked out with the crew before departure and stay flexible as conditions change, which suits both committed sailors and those still building their sea legs. For anyone looking at a sailing yacht charter or gulet charter in Bodrum, Northberry Blu pairs a recent build with an active, wind-driven style of cruising.
