Mayflower

Mayflower is a 14.28-metre catamaran built in 2022 and based at Lykia Yacht Club, a marina positioned within easy reach of the Göcek islands and the quieter anchorages around Fethiye. Offered exclusively as a whole-boat charter, she sleeps up to 9 guests across 5 cabins, with the entire deck and interior reserved for a single private group for the duration of the cruise.

The twin-hull layout is what sets a catamaran charter apart, and it shows clearly on board Mayflower. Rolling at anchor is noticeably reduced compared with a monohull of similar length, which makes for genuinely restful nights, easy meals in the saloon regardless of conditions, and effortless movement around the boat after dark. With the foredeck, aft cockpit and main saloon all usable at once, 9 guests can spread out naturally instead of crowding into one space. Her 2022 build also means the navigation and safety equipment on board is current.

Five cabins split across both hulls make Mayflower a practical option for two families travelling together, a larger group made up of smaller parties who each want a defined space of their own, or friends who prefer some distance between shared moments and private time. This spatial advantage becomes more noticeable the longer the itinerary runs.

Departing from Lykia Yacht Club, you can plan an island-hopping route through Göcek, a slower-paced cruise through the lesser-visited coves near Fethiye, or a combined itinerary covering both. Shorter two or three night programmes are also worth considering for groups working with a tighter schedule. Whether the goal is a full blue cruise or a shorter catamaran charter along this stretch of coast, Mayflower is suited to groups who want the whole boat to themselves.
