Sah Mat

Launched in 2023, Sah Mat is a 12.85 metre catamaran based at Yacht Club Mai in Bodrum. With less than two years of use, she still carries the practical benefits of a near new build: upholstery holds its shape, deck fittings move freely, and onboard systems run with the consistency typical of a recent launch.

Her twin hull design cuts down on roll noticeably compared to a monohull of similar length. In moderate swell this makes a real difference on longer runs, keeping meals and lounging on deck comfortable even while underway. The wide foredeck stretches across both hulls, giving six guests plenty of room to sunbathe without feeling packed in, and the recessed cockpit between the hulls stays shaded no matter which way the wind is blowing.

Three double cabins sleep up to six guests, and Sah Mat is chartered as a whole yacht only. No other group comes aboard, and no part of the boat is shared between separate bookings. That setup suits families travelling with children, groups of friends pairing off into cabins, and small parties who want the boat entirely to themselves. Shared deck space brings everyone together for meals and swim stops, while each cabin stays private for its own guests.

Sailing out of Yacht Club Mai, you can plan an easy day cruise around the sheltered bays of the Bodrum peninsula, dropping anchor for a long swim before heading back in the afternoon. Those after something longer can look at a multi day blue cruise along the Aegean or Mediterranean coast, with the route adjusted morning by morning to suit conditions and the group's mood. As a Bodrum yacht charter that pairs a recent build with catamaran stability and generous deck space, Sah Mat stands out among comparable gulet charter options in the area.
